I want to start a religion that teaches people to believe in themselves, to teach community and tolerance to those who extend it. I want this to be a religion of no fear. Not even fear of any unseen God. I want it to be the kind of faith where when faced with conflict we try diplomacy first, and if that fails then we break out a strong pimp hand! Likewise I want this to be a faith not of lies and hypocrisy, not the whole "do as we say and not as we do," mentality. But a real faith of people trying to do the right thing not to appease an unseen god but to make us a better species!!

So how fast would it take for a faith like this to be branded a cult and the Media blitz by other organized faiths against this new faith to begin?

Actually my thought was that I would fall back on some insane story about how the earth is a giant Frizzbee hurling through space and a huge space dog will one day catch us flying through space where all will be cleansed in an Armageddon of dog drool. God will take of this Frizzbee and again it will be flung into space starting the cycle of life anew but after an epic space battle between the Dog and himself. Sometimes Dogs refuse to give up the Frizzbee no matter how much you tell them too. That would partially explain why people treat dogs like Gods.

Notice that Dog is God backwards??? Comedy, NO?

Really what I was thinking was more of the, "God is too much for most of us to understand since God is supposed to encompass everything. This includes parallel universes and "ALL THINGS" so forget trying to wrap your heads around that. Focus more on that we are all children of God and just need to learn that Children need to grow up! We have a destiny to be like God if we don't make ourselves extinct. We have to remember that for now we are just very naughty children who are trying to steal the keys of creation from god!


I fear we are going to crash the car of creation and die in the accident! But that is just me and my silly belief!!!

This religion has been around for ever. It changes names and ideals slightly but the premise is the same. It puts self as the god or thing to center on or worship. In today's world this world wide religion is called phycology.

Looking for answers with a lot of truth without a creator.
