What if you click "No" on a person you ment to click "Yes" on...Is there a way to go back and change it??????

Yep, scroll down just a little bit and it will show who you just clicked..click on their pic and it will bring up their pic plus the options

I got an e-mail that said 2 new people want to meet me. But when I go to my account, mutual match says no new matches. I'm so confused. Is there something I'm missing?

Well,I got an e-mail that said I have new matches tooo. When I checked, All I find is that some new guys have looked at my profile, that's it. I don't see the point. Are they just letting us know that somebody new looked at my profile??? I could already tell that. What's up with this????

That email means that someone has said "Yes" or "Maybe" to you in Mutual Match, but you have not rated them back yet. To find out if you are a match, you need to go to the Mutual Match section and start rating people. If you click "Yes" or "Maybe" too, then we'll show you the match.

We're going to rewrite the email to see if we can make that more clear.

OK, HERE IT IS!!!!!!!!! I JUST GOT A MUTUAL MATCH. MY FIRST ONE. I WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT IT. BUT GUESS WHAT???? I SAID I WOULD MAKE THE FIRST MOVE AND SEND HIM AN E-MAIL, OK, FINE, I CLICKED ON HIS NAME AND YOU KNOW WHAT I DISCOVERED??????? HIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED. NOW, WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON??????????? WHAT'S THE POINT IN FINDING A MUTUAL MATCH ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT PERSON HAS DEACTIVATED THEMSELVES.

For some reason that person deactivated their account AFTER they mutual matched you.

We can't control when people deactivate or why. Perhaps they found another match or perhaps they will come back later.

The system does not allow deactivate people to use any parts of the system in case you are wondering

i was just wondering if when you go to the mutual match section if people that already clicked yes or maybe for you will come up first?

Can anyone help me please? I posted this question yesterday and the problem is still alive and well.

When I click on "find new matches", a womans' profile appears but before I can do anything the person gets covered with a transparent blue color and that gets covered with a 3 step instruction message.
My problem is I cannot get rid of the instruction message. There is no "X" to click on or anything like that. I simply cannot move it. I also get e-mails saying that I have people or a person that wants to meet me but there is nobody there when I get to my home.

I got an e-mailo notification that I have two new mutual matches, people that want to meet me, but The profiles are not showing up in the mutual matches section of my profile. What's going on?
