hi, anyone else here suffered/suffering from hypermobilty ? im looking for advice on how to make my life more interesting but with the condition i have makes this difficult as i cannot join in even the smallest of things like playing football..

i have hypermobility syndrome and musculoskletal chronic pain.. i can hardly do anything . my pain level is at about a 7 out of 10, all im doing is sitting at my pc..

Ah right :) I have experience with chatting to a lot of people with illnesses and disabilities, cos I was always in hospital, and used to end up chatting to many. Can't remember if I was an out-patient or in-patient, but yeah.
