And I hate moving but moving hates me too so we have something mutual! But one thing I can say is sometimes (actually most of the time) moving sucks! But soon it will be over and I will be back in the area I am used too. Finding the RIGHT place is the hard part. South Bay L.A. is my roost! Torrance is my LZ! And soon life will be getting back on track again.

 And there will be peace in the universe once again!

I was in the process of purging and that process will begin again. I have a lot of stuff like tools and old fish tank equipment that was part of my previous employment. I feel a yard sale coming on!

I've moved so many times in my life, can do it with my eyes closed...lol Best move ever and easiest was across country.. Wasn't paying to move my junk and got rid of most, car was loaded to the hilt..lol
I'm not moving now but just cleaned out my kitchen cupboards and walk-in bedroom closet.. next comes the garage.. I can't tell you how many trips to the dumpster or donation places I've made but it certainly feels great!!! Good luck!

Banks are trying to dump turd balls with a pretty paint job! You need to find a Realtor who is aggressive and looks for the properties that were foreclosed on but really have value to them. Mostly what you will find in OC though are older slap up ranch or slab style houses!

For some value you can try Long Beach or Huntington! Those places you stand chance of finding something better. Likewise you will not get the crap choked out of you dealing with the inland heat. Sometimes if you are picky and look in San Pedro WEST of Gaffey street and preferably up the hill a little bit you can find some real NICE houses with potential if you are looking for a value you know you need to do some work on (and I do not mean a have to gut and remodel!) or if you have the money get a turn key home for a decent price if you shop carefully!
