Anyway, Friday is the Blue Moon - the second full moon in the month which only happens every 2-3 years. This full moon is in Pisces and here is what Miss Bri has to say about this time, astrologically speaking.

And the seasonal energies are perfect for this kind of work too! The fullness of Summer dies away into Autumn-a season of death, deconstruction, and separation leading into the rest and incubation of winter which in turn leads into the powerful resurrection of Spring. During the blue moon this vibration is said to be three-fold. In some cultures the second full moon was considered a very holy and auspicious day. A time when the veil between heaven and earth is thin and the ability to communicate with the gods and goddess is very powerful. It is considered a very spiritually significant time for prayer and meditation going back thousands of years. It is said that the full moon can pull your feelings to the surface. During a Blue Moon you feel this twice a month. With the reading I have done over the last few days, it is my thought that your past experiences are pulled to the surface so you can let go of them. To be renewed in a sense. I found a passage that called forth the powers of the universe to be uncloaked. Causing a thin veil between the spirit world and the unconscious mind. Allowing the spirits of your past and your present to be set free. Very interesting Ruth.

Thank you, Tazz. That actually explains a lot. I've been having a very emotional week and what you wrote sounds like what's been going on with me. I don't care for the full moon time of the month in general which is odd since I'm a Cancer. But it's just too much energy for my liking. I prefer the dark moon time. Very peaceful and calming.

I like the full moon, I get to go outside and howl.
