Feeling Fantastic this fine bone chilling cold morning. Feeling lethargic in this -24 weather but I must start my day. Have lots of stuff to do around the house. So much to do; so little time.

Have a warm small electric blanket over my right shoulder right now, heating pad on my lower back, and hip. Hot tea in my hands. Thank you dear lady hugs to you. LOL Its sure helped me do longer workouts though.
