So to extend your question...I have found that the older one gets, seems like the sooner sex is talked about or even performed way before you even decide if you actually like the person enough to continue into a serious relationship. Is this the norm?? I haven't had to be concerned with this in years and now that I am out looking, I see that it seems to be the norm. Any thoughts?

Sex is like eating. You can eat for health which means its not the eating that brings joy but what eating well does for you or you can, as one of my high school coaches put it, mentally masterbate by seeking pleasure in the eating of food.

A solid relationship that your building sometimes should include sex and sometimes it shouldn't. but if you center your relationships on sex, your missing the richer opportunities relationships can offer. Well that's my opinion anyway.
