Intelligence and Special Operations forces are furious and frustrated at how President Obama and those in positions of authority have exploited their service for political advantage. Countless leaks, interviews and decisions by the Obama Administration and other government officials have undermined the success of our Intelligence and Special Operations forces and put future missions and personnel at risk.

The unwarranted and dangerous public disclosure of Special Forces Operations is so serious -- that for the first time ever -- former operators have agreed to risk their reputations and go 'on the record' in a special documentary titled "Dishonorable Disclosures." Its goal is to educate America about serious breaches of security and prevent them from ever happening again.

Use of military ranks, titles & photographs in uniform does not imply endorsement of the Dept of the Army or the Department of Defense. All individuals are no longer in active service with any federal agency or military service.

On CNN Headline News Oct. 22 broadcast of "The Joy Behar Show," left-wing author and conspiracy theorist Gore Vidal shared his thoughts about President Barack Obama. He said he thought the 44th President of the United States might be a little overqualified - at least as far as his intelligence.

"I like him," Vidal said. "I wish he knew more about the United States. I was for Hillary at the beginning on the grounds she knew how to be president. Having sort of done the job as a spouse. And then I realized, you know, he's too intelligent for the job."

Vidal also had some very disparaging words about the intellect of the American people.

"We have the worst educated population of any first-world country," Vidal said. "And I hope you're listening and I hope you know that your lack of education is the joke of the world. This is not a very nice joke."

And the host Joy Behar agreed with Vidal, saying that after George W. Bush's presidency, the American public wasn't prepared for "the shock of such a smart guy."

"I think you have a point. He's a little too smart for the country in a certain kind of way," Behar said. "I mean, after Bush, I don't know if the country could take the shock of such a smart guy."

And Vidal responded with even more adulation for Obama and his high degree of intellect.

"Well, it didn't," Vidal said. "What happened was that for the first time the American people, our people. We're listening on primetime to a president of the United States, duly elected, officially anyway, duly elected president who is speaking as one intelligent, well-educated man to his fellows. Well, they never heard anyone like that."

But it deteriorated quickly after that. Vidal then launched into an angry impersonation of former President George W. Bush and the way he handled the war on terror.

"I'm a wartime president. You got that? I'm a wartime president," Vidal said, mimicking Bush. "And he's marching along, ‘Let me tell you if we don't find them over there, we're going to have to fight them here."

And after his outburst meant to belittle the former president, Vidal revealed to viewers he wanted to murder Bush.

"Well, I was all for fighting them right here at that moment, you know," Vidal said. "But I couldn't jump into the screen fast enough to kill him off. That's one murder that I missed not committing." Behar didn't oppose his death wish. She responded first by chuckling and then say, "Well, it's too late anyway."

The is pretty normal behavior for Vidal. Last year following the death of his adversary, William F. Buckley, Vidal tossed another bomb, but for the Jun 15, 2008 New York Times Magazine:

How did you feel when you heard that Buckley died this year? I thought hell is bound to be a livelier place, as he joins forever those whom he served in life, applauding their prejudices and fanning their hatred.

"The shock of such a smart guy"...This shows Joy Behar is true to her one and only talent, stand up comedy...

And Gore Vidal!...Just the name alone says it all, yes?...What a flake!...If you can't talk about intelligence intelligently, best to keep your mouth shut... Vidal was obviously off his meds that day....
