Why do men always rush the physical side of the relationship before even really getting to know you first?

I understand the whole try it before you buy concept. But the ones that claim they want a serious relationship should know that they would get a whole lot farther if they waited respectfully until the woman was ready and also to see if they were going to make it first.

Perhaps you need to make it clear that you're going to want to wait.

Everyone is different, so not everyone is going to be on the same page as you.

Honestly, it is up to the woman to say NO. IF all of the guys ask you out want one thing, then you are dating the wrong type of guys. If you actually think about it, women have all the say so about what is going to happen. IF you don't want anything to happen..it won't!
I always have an amount of dates I see someone before I even kiss them. I most deff have an amount of time before anything else happens. I control this situation...not the man!!!

If what I am told is typical then the fact that a lot of guys just get tired of being stuck with women that says they like sex but clearly don't for one reason or another. It might be that they are a lousy lay but then the natural reduction of attraction when stress of one type or another (pregnancy, kids, long work hours, financial problems) occurs that act as distractions.

Part of it is the popular culture pressure men to be sexually active wheather they really want to or not. Think about it isn't the first thing that most people wonder about is if they guy is really into them if they don't put the make on them?

I do think that at least part of it is if a guy has sex with a woman she is likely to stick around with him if for no other reason than she doesn't want to sleep around with too many guys and get a "bad" reputation.
