Don't you think that we should start with, male domination and oppression being the villain causing female emancipation being necessary to some degree? For anyone to have to fight for equal rights would mean that there was an unbalance and abuse of power to begin with.

Women emancipation has done more harm than good.pliz, I'm not against the women. How is empowering women doing more harm than good?..Illiteracy, poor health, inferior wages will only hold Uganda back....Embrace women's emancipation, it is a good thing and long past due....

Women where created as comforters to men, advisers to the children and mentors to both the female and male children. Today, because many women are busy competing with men, many of these responsibilities are neglected. As for this reason, we have undergone moral degeneration (many children are growing up to b thugs, prostitutes, chronic liars, bad parents and so on.....) If u light a torch into the past, these behaviours where not common. "The harm" i meant not that i was ok with the way the men used to treat women but rather the up bringing of the kids today. Many women today can't cook "It's funny to say" but true. |

Women emancipation changed this.The role of teaching the children most house hold skills and morals was theirs, but now, the gov't now does the their role. |

Thanks for the flower. About Uganda, my country is poor not b'se women stay home but rather b'se the officials are corrupt.Living that aside, also women hear are emancipated. |
