Some say that illness
is all in your head.
Most continue to think that
even when you wind up in bed.
Alot of people agree
but some still disagree.
I am one of those
who strongly disagree.
I have dealt with illness
and I have seen pain.
I have met people
who have experienced the same.
Most people only shrug it off
and others only live with it.
There are still others though
who don't give a ****.
Most people see a doctor.
Others see their friends.
Then there are people like me
who see it to the end.
I am not a person
who will leave you when you are ill.
I promise to stand by you
no matter how ill you may feel.
I would stay by you
until you got well.
And if it would heal you completely,
my soul I would sell.
I have never broken any promise
so this I say to you.
I promise to always be there
No matter what you have to go through.
I will never let you down,
I will never stab you in the back.
And no matter where I am in the world
if you need me, I will always come back.
So I leave you
with one last little note.
And that will be all
that I have wrote.
