An Israeli Border Police officer has been caught on video kicking a Palestinian child in the southern West Bank. The police have launched a probe into the incident, documented by an Israeli human rights organization. The footage shows a 9-year-old boy walking down the road when a uniformed police officer runs up to him and grabs him by the arm, causing the boy to fall on the ground. Another policeman then walks up to them and kicks the screaming child. After that, the soldiers let the child run away, and leave the site. In response to the incident, the Israeli Border Police issued a statement denouncing the policemen's behavior, which it claims “contrasts the values of the force.” “The Border Police commander instructed on setting up a team to investigate the incident immediately and its conclusions are due in the coming days," the statement said. The boy, Abdul-Rahman Burqan, testified to the Israeli police that the soldiers chased him after he swore at one of the officers. He also claimed an Israeli soldier had stomped on his hand after he and his friend were stopped at a checkpoint in a separate incident a month ago. The video was recorded by a volunteer of the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories (B'Tselem) on June 29 in Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank. The organization distributes cameras to Palestinians so that they can film possible instances of abuse carried out by Israeli security forces and settlers. http://www.rt.com/news/israel-police-officer-kicks-palestinian-child-437/ watch it. http://www.rt.com/news/israel-police-officer-kicks-palestinian-child-437/ Some reports suggest that the boy was throwing rocks at police officers before the camera started rolling. No name no source no nothing just propaganda spin and that is very typical of the information one gets from our corrupt and rotten media. How could any honest editor leave that in a story? It is obvious in any case that the Palestinian was provoking the soldier to elicit a reaction. Eventually he was able to get his reaction. Since rock throwing is a common (and dangerous) occurrence I would not be at all surprised if the soldier had rocks thrown at him and a normal reaction to that is no surprise. Here are what some Israelis are saying about the incident. A second Border Police officer then appears and kicks the boy. The officer then lets the child go. He runs away, and the two Border Police officers leave the scene as well. Strange though that you withheld the Stonethrow-Sentence in that Article from us,but posted all the rest of it! Here, another one you missed! The public execution of a young woman accused of adultery in Afghanistan has been condemned by the country's government and human rights campaigners as a video of the killing emerged. The footage shows her being shot several times in the back in Qol village in Parwan province just north of the capital Kabul - in front of a crowd of men. The 22-year-old woman, named as Najiba, was married to a member of a hardline Taliban militant group and was accused of adultery with a Taliban commander, Parwan provincial spokeswoman Roshna Khalid said. She said: "Within one hour they decided that she was guilty and sentenced her to death. They shot her in front of villagers in her village, Qol." After the shooting, a villager handed the video over to the provincial government and "the security forces are preparing a big operation to find the culprits", she said, adding the execution happened late last month. Public executions of alleged adulterers were common when the Taliban regime was in power from 1996 until 2001, when they were ousted by a US-led invasion for sheltering al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden after the 9/11 attacks. The Taliban have since waged an insurgency against the government of President Hamid Karzai, which is supported by 130,000 Nato troops. The video begins with the woman, wrapped in a grey shawl, sitting at the edge of a ditch in a village surrounded by dozens of men, some perched on rooftops. With her back to the crowd, a bearded man is seen reading verses from the Koran condemning adultery, before saying: "We cannot forgive her, God tells us to finish her. Juma Khan, her husband, has the right to kill her." The video then shows a man in white being handed an AK-47 rifle. He walks up to within a couple of metres of her, says 'Allahu akhbar' (God is great), aims and fires twice, missing each time. The third shot hits her in the back, she flings her arms wide and collapses. He then fires another six shots into her body as the crowd cheers wildly, shouting "Long live Islam", "Long live mujahideen (holy warriors)". The gunman then fires four more shots into her body. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/afghan-womans-public-execution-slammed-163155172.html |

These "children" crying and peeing their pants when caught and diciplined are the same "children" packing bombs...The same children "rigged" to explode, drugged in order to kill their fear and improve the result of their sucide missions...These children are taught, trained, from a very early age to instigate, to hate, to kill...It is barbaric.....I do not condone child abuse in any form...Propagandizing children is a form of child abuse too...For those who are so appalled by the Israeli border police actions, why not speak on the whole story for a change...Why are you so afraid of the truth? .... Quote of Leigh's post How about it? Got an answer to it? BTW,Megerle Mukki is another one of my sources! |

The above has nothing to do with this topic Actually more than you think! More than the petty little Threads about Israel's socalled Transgressions! How come you omitted this Sentence? Some reports suggest that the boy was throwing rocks at police officers before the camera started rolling. Would it have made your Thread moot? There are eight simple rules for accurate journalism one of them is. Verification before dissemination Any high schooler on the school paper knows this. It was obvious spin plain and simple. DUH |

There is a good chance that the kid was sent intentionally to insult soldiers repeatedly in order to try to provoke one out of hundreds who is having a bad day to react so they can film it. It is the Pallywood version of "cyberbaiting". "One of the new ways that students are harassing teachers has become known as "cyberbaiting." Students irritate a teacher to the point that the teacher breaks down; that reaction then is captured in photos or video to post online. A Norton Online Family Report published last year found that 21 percent of teachers had experienced or knew another teacher who had experienced "cyberbaiting." http://hosted2.ap.org/CAANR/APUSnews/Article_2012-06-23-Bus%20Monitor%20Bullying/id-9f9ab1d1829342419583f2202f8be294 Clearly there was inciting behavior on the part of the kid who taunted the Israelis. It is a shame how the kids are taught there to hate Israelis and to incite violence. They are cheaply abused kids by their own parents and own governments. They are treated like expendable tools. Matches to light fires of hate. see: http://www.camera.org/index.asp?x_context=2&x_outlet=33&x_article=94 Jihad and martyrdom are glorified as the means to liberating "Palestine" and children's poems contain calls to war and bloodletting. Sixth-graders read of a young boy growing up with "the love of Jihad flowing through his veins and filling every fiber of his being." It doesn't matter whether there was rock throwing in this incident the Palestinian youth was clearly provoking the Israelis for a reaction. And I am proud that Israel is supported by the US. The Israelis are the ONLY country in the region which protects freedom of religion, freedom of the press, equal rights for women and minorities and democracy. |

Much ado about nothing. If this is the worst 'human rights abuse' Pallywood can come up with, things must be fairly quiet atm.

The organization distributes cameras to Palestinians so that they can film possible instances of abuse carried out by Israeli security forces and settlers. http://www.rt.com/news/israel-police-officer-kicks-palestinian-child-437/ watch it. http://www.rt.com/news/israel-police-officer-kicks-palestinian-child-437/ The punk kid shouldn't have tried to act like a tough guy and swore at them. He is just a terrorist in training anyways. |
