Julian bakery has recently released a line of paleo breads, which has no grains whatsoever. They currently have Almond and Coconut bread, I ordered 3 of each. One gram of carbs per slice, up to 9 grams of protein and no gluten. I know there are a few folks out there on a low carb or paleo diet, so I will post a review of the breads after I get them.
