im having a email issue with my hotmail email
and when i ask for a reset, it doesnt let me in

I hadf a similar problem and they never got back to me on it... I dont know

i actually was able to manage to find there toll free number
and they have a live chat that you can talk to on the computer
he kept telling me he could help if that was ok

well yea it was
he didnt mention any money
untill towards the end

when i ask if there was going to be a fee
he said yes

i ask how much
he said $79.99
or support for a yr
it would be $299.99

i blew up
at him
and i said your freaken crazy

my oldest nephew knows about mac especially mine
so im waiting on him to contact me back
