Why do I say it's crazy ?.

Well I have send out a number of emails, surely these people have lifes like me and are very busy etc, but I send out them weeks ago etc etc, makes no since.

But so it brings me to one question why aren't women sending out emails or more.

Maybe it's because I am from a losing state such as Detroit where thus far no sports team has a good record, I don't know what the deal is.

Just saying it doesn't seem like a whole lot of women send out emails on here or respond to them.

Maybe I'm wrong and maybe they do.

i don't think you're wrong john. i haven't come across too many michigan girls that respond. just relax and don't sweat it so much. it'll happen when it happens and there isn't any need in you stressin yourself out about it.


btw have you forgot that the tigers lead the division. the pistons have won an nba championship and been to the conference finals for the last 5 years in a row. the redwings are still one of the best teams in hockey. the wolverines are perpetual winners and usually nationally ranked and the future(although not here yet)looks bright for the lions.

same here john i live in michigan close to minniue detroit ..port huron,, but live in yale not alot of women here ones that pay attention anyway.. i chase no one thought..lol mybe that the problem

John, I can confirm that having a presence in the forums makes a big difference in the number of e-mails you can get. I get more here than I ever have on any other site, and it's a considerable amount. And practically all of it is because something someone saw me post.

It's true that I've had absolutely no luck at all with locals; but they rarely, if ever, participate in the forums, and they don't reply to e-mails.

I don't see that as the site's fault, though -- we just don't have enough (or the right kind of) Illinois people here. May be the same thing in your area, or maybe you just need to be more visible.
