Little Johnny was in Sunday School listening to the lesson on Adam and Eve. He was amazed that God created Eve out of one of Adam's ribs. He asked his mother about this and she said, "Yes, that is what the Bible teaches how Adam had a wife."
Later that week, mommy noticed Johnny lying down and still as if he were ill. "What is the matter?" asked mother. Johnny replied, "My side hurts, I think I'm going to have a wife." |
