Neither do I.
Philly, it seems, doesn't want the homeless hanging out there.

All of the "well intentioned" support of neo-cons to feed, clothe, shelter and educate the homeless and starving....always seems to be directed to "other" countries rather than dealing with their own backyard.....why?

When these large donations are collected, continually, and yet show very little evidence of any improvement, and the need becomes even greater over time.....why?

The logical question should be "who benefits?", and who actualy receives or distributes these proceeds, and to whom do they go?

There are some great charitable organization vehicles out there, but the ones most "published and supported" have bad percentages of actual help to those needy, and large "payrolls" to those in "charge" of their implementation.

The actual "good works" of these organizations is only evident by media press release, and the propaganda of the talking heads of these perpetual money pits.

To focus on helping those closer to "home" would only shed light on the corruption and lack of good these programs actually do, and who actually benefits from them!

Here at home, for those in need.....

Food and supply banks....NOT BIG MONEY!.....KEEP THEM HONEST!

This is a direct attack on the homeless and poor...
it's disgusting that red tape comes between helping others.

These 'lawmakers' will get their dues for this.
Karma is a b!tch!!

It's not illegal to feed them. Its illegal to feed large numbers outside in the park. Parks are supposed to be family friendly places paid for by your good tax payers. Having large groups of homeless in the park can make things more dangerous, especially for children. Many homeless have some mental deficiency. I see where they are coming from. Just organize your charity elsewhere.
