Well My DR. say's that I am obsessed with working out!
These past two weeks I have been doing pull-up's
I started with 20 so now Every time I hit the gym that is part of my work out!
Let me tell you it really makes a difference..... only is exhausts me like no other work out! That's a good thing last night my girlfriends were Bowling & my friend got a 0 when it was her turn......
so I asked if I could throw her second ball...... I threw the pink bowling ball & got a strike! Hahaha my strength is no joke lol :thumbsup:

At the age of 45 Jack Lalanne completed 1000 pull-ups and
1000 push-ups in 1 hour and 22 minutes!
