Forgot to mention that a salmon currently retails between 20 to 30 bucks a kilo. That's a whole lotta klondike bars right thuurr!

You can buy the salmon already smoked, but it's not as good as if you smoke it yourself. And for those who have a visual of rolling the salmon in tobacco paper and literally smoking it??? I suggest you stick to the Klondike bar ;) Any cream cheese will do...I just like the flavours of Camembert or a Brie

At this moment I would bludgeon a baby fur seal to death with a 2 X 4 with nails in it in front of a crowd of PETA and then go through them to get at that DAMN KLONDIKE BAR! EVEN THE PLAIN ONE SOUNDS GOOD RIGHT NOW!
