Just don't let them put you on a bunch of pills. I think the side affects can be worse than what ales yah. No pills...see my endocrinoligist every 3 months.. Had to see the dr that did my back surgery in 2000 today. I've been having some spasms and pain in my lower back where I had the surgery.. He did an exray and it showed narrowing between the vertebre above the surgery site .. I'm scheduled for an MRI next week...May have to have some surgery in the future..

WOW...you 2 sure are lighting up the night.... Shhhhhhhhhh Ese thinks its lightening ,but its really me having Hot Flashes .But don't tell him ok...I wouldn't want him to think I am old or anything. Nah...you are just having power surges!! The power is really surging. Its been hot here too. I don't have an Ac do you? Betty why don't you buy a window unit? There not that much..as for me I will keep my central Well I would just rather whine about it seroiusly I hate the looks of them plus I worry about security. I wonder how much those things cost to run. My neighbour can't even run her AC because it costs so much. ya better find a rich BF then If I had a rich rich Bf I would be living on some tropical island in a beach front home.Being fanned off by all the hunky cabana boys. I don't think EVEN a RICH BF could get you to leave Canada. Heck you won't come see your friends for years, let alone go to an island. PROVE me WRONG. you buy me a beach house and I will prove you wrong But it must be equipped with hunky cabana boys with big..fans. The heck you say, come to TEXAS & prove me wrong. I would be there in a heartbeat if I could. Its definitely on my bucket list. Right now though I am really needed at home.
