Kristi, when is your cruise in September? I am trying to pick a week that month to come down to Arlington and I would like to make sure it is when you are home. I want to fly in on a Friday and stay till the following Sunday so I will be there for 2 Saturdays.

So is there so far 6 for sure going? If so that would be $78 a piece if that includes tax and all....does that cover the entrance to the park as well or you pay that when you get there? And do you have to give a credit card to save it? I know lots of questions ..... Don is coming.. |

what about people from oklahoma or new mexico? amarillo is far enough north that maybe a few nontexans could make it Good point! Or maybe we should rethink Central Texas again? Midway for all and beautiful in the fall. There are many options for parks and there are also retreat kind of places like the camp Vivian was talking about...just have to find them. |

I thought everyone wanted to do PD...I even called Don and he said he wanted to..reservations are hard to make there for the nice cabins..so PLEASE let me know this weekend what y'all really want to do. |

I'd love to do PD! It sounded like there was some concern about the distance but maybe I misread that. I'm "in" if the rest of you are! |

It is a long way from Houston- San Antone...I do agree with that!! But my offer is good for anyone wanting to stay over here in Amherst on their way back.. And hopefully if anyone wants to car pool, something can be worked out. |

Before we make reservations let's get a headcount of those to REALLY want to spend a weekend in Palo Duro. There are plenty of other options closer to the center of the State.
Those who haven't made a commitment, speak up! |
