more deals....
Nebraska is getting an exemption for itself only from paying Obamacare cost is this unconstitutional under the FAIRNESS CLAUSE?. Of the 50 states 49 all except Nebraska will have to pay their states' share of the unfunded medicaid mandates under the expanded coverage offered in Obamacare. Now is it just me or does that not sound like a violation of the constitution's fairness clause? I mean Sure DEMOCRAT SENATOR BEN NELSON OF NEBRASKA got a great deal for his state in exchange for his YES vote on Obamacare, BUT is it constitutional? Secondly would it be constitutional if all states with at least one democrat senator got this exemption, but none with two republican Senators? Third do you think it is right that the Democrats have been giving away such "bribes" for Senator's votes on Obamacare? Transparency? I don't think so. |
