Okay i take a skillet and either spray it with cooking spray or just use plain old butter.
Next i heat up the pan for 2 to 3 minutes on med. heat and crack a couple eggs into the pan. Then i let it sit for 4 minutes. Then i use a fork or other tool and crack the yolk so it is flat in the pan. Next i toss black pepper maybe paprika and onion powder or if you feel daring franks red hot sauce or any other kind of your liking. Then after a while i toss it on the other side and get you a bagel ready and place on it when done. Also, this pairs really good with sausage patties to throw on top and even cheese if you are a cheese fan. and then when done add more hot spices like hot sauce over the bread for extra flavor fare!

yeah it is interesting actually my dad's ex girlfriend from a long time ago taught me how to prepare a fried egg.

I made them for all of my kids growing up and they still love em. I used mayo, cheese and a slice of ham. Mmmmmm..
