They have corn seeds that are covered in clothianidin which is a nicotine based pesticide. It's been shown to kill bees in minute amounts but these big companies don't care as along as they make their fortunes.

I've been following this a bit, and the things I have read are frieghtening! Some will say...."no big deal"... but I watched a vid (will try to find it) stating that bees are the no.1 source of polination, their efforts keep the ozone layer in tact by keeping folage growing, which feeds and shelters other living things, which other things feed off of, which we require on a daily basis to survive (the short version). Killing the bees is killing us.....and the planet!
