Heck - at least we aren't talking mani/pedis! I'm nearly ready for another one! Carol was right about water soaking...at least in salt. My shellac didn't really hold up to the beating it was getting the past couple weeks in the pool and then on the beach. I removed it Sunday night. I'll do it again, though. Probably before the meet...

The black paint has discolored them, I wonder if alcohol will both clean AND shine them???? don't know...I think a good soaking and a scrub brush might work...I washed my hands about 30 times this afternoon, but didn't scrub my nails...just got the paint off my skin.

I just had another one done on Tues. Man I love it. The removal wasn't bad at all. I wonder though if its bad too keep having them done without a break. The lady said no its not bad, but she makes money off of doing them . So what do you ladies think?

I bet Viv does too. They took mine out when I was 6. It's just some kind of bug going around. And you're right Tim..you described exactly the way I feel! on one hand I hate to see you go through what I did but on the other make sure Betty knows I was right... now get some rest!! yours lasted so much longer cause you still have your tonsils. Now pay up lol
