1 ripe or over ripe banana

spoonful of cocoa powder

mash up banana

mix in cocoa

shovel in face

mmmmmm

you cold add a drop or two of olive oil

or a pinch of oatmeal flour or flax flour



should be good for a quick chocolate fix
