Grits come in several flavors: smoked, Swiss, BBQ, cinnamon, mozzarella and cheddar to name a few. Fish can be fried, breaded, blackened, smoked, or baked! I bet Vivian's favorite is Fried catfish and jalapeno cheese grits!! What is your favorite fish and grits recipe? ... or do you just order them up and eat them?

I eat Grits every morning. I make them with butter.

I prefer my fish with chips, just like England. Grits I prefer with butter, plain, and alongside some slabs of bacon and eggs...with toast.
