Two words AprilBaby.... FUNNEL CAKE (with extra powdered sugar) You read my mind.......and choclate covered strawberries.....YEAH At the local Paleterias (mexican ice cream shops) they got giant giant strawberries on a stick dipped in chocolate the hard frozen then scooped through a tub of whipped cream and you gotta gnaw on it for a half hour if you are serious. Sooooooooo good. |

You would dig them April...
Big cups of fruit.....some dipped in glazes ...Fruit juice drinks made by crushing actual fruit.... The best frozen and chocolate dipt fruit snacks anywhere..some covered with cocoa, some with coconut, some pecan and walnut. Watermelon drinks actually have chuncks of watermelon with seeds. CocoNut has milk slush with cocoa, coconut, milk and ice with pecans shaved across the top. Thier breakfast burritos are just as good as thier regular crap. God...I love the food here. :) |

But...you guys got actual real sea food! I would trade my virginity for that!!! I love seafood......and I can make it, if I find the right products in Texas. I probably can since you live along the Gulf of Mexico. How could you get fresh Seafood, when you wont go near the ocean?? |

Hey! Texas has some of the best seafood!! I am twenty miles from the docks where shrimp, redfish, snapper, and deep water fish come to market!!!
Since the OP didn't make any comment about his post, I bet it is actually about eating seafood while it is fresh!!
