How about chocolate pudding, okay post your fast and easy desserts, I will post a few of my own.

Take about a pound of frozen strawberries, toss them into a blender. Add about 8 oz of Daquiry mix, preferably strawberry. Add about a cup of ice. Add two large scoops of vanilla Ice cream. Add about 4 to 6 oz of light rum. Lemonheart has a good light rum. Dark rum does this drink no justice. Malibu Coconut rum works nicely too. Barchardi white does fine too. Blend on high. Pour into a glass and drown in decadence! It is not a Daquiry. It is a Strawberry on the Beach.

EASY QUICK DESSERT 1 pkg. instant pudding mix (not chocolate) 1 #2 can of crushed pineapple and juice 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 cup of sm. marshmallows Put dry pudding mix in large mixing bowl. Add all the rest of ingredients. Mix or fold together until mixed thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.
