How do you like your Meat cooked?

Grill preheated to 500 degrees, 1 inch - 1 and a half inch cut ribeye, 3 minutes on each side, turn it only once, let it rest 5 minutes after removing from grill - perfect pink in the middle, YUM. And now I'm starving!

How do you like your Meat cooked? i like mine kissed gently before put in the "oven"
