Am into body building, my supplements are mp assault N 25 grams of protein...that's wat keep giving me lean muscles ....

I weight train - am not a bodybuilder but it can be done all
natural without supplements at all if you just pay attention to
diet.

It is a lot cheaper too. I don't use supplements.

After a 10 year forced hiatus from the gym I am back and body building. I go natural diet, no supplements, sorry.

My body sculpting is going well.

2 protein shakes (1 morning, 1 afternoon) per day is all you need. Also drink 80 ounces of water/day. Fish oil and multi-vitamin are optional. Most of the fancy powders and pills are a waste of money.

It is cool to drink one after work-out, to feed your ravenous muscles.
