I am 5'8" without my 3 inch heels and I dated a guy that was 5'2". Only problem was slow dancing as his head was right in my boobs. I was afraid the poor guy might suffocate. The brother never said a word about it either.......

Believe it or not, the women who stole my heart is 4'11''. That's legally a midget. Can't beat true love. The one that got away Midget is a derogatory term that is frowned upon in the Little People community but the height of "midgets" were usually under four feet. Actually 4' 11" is an inch too tall to be considered a dwarf too (max height for a dwarf is 4' 10"). So it could have been true love.

I prefer men to be at least taller than i am. but it's not a requirement.

... I understand that height is an attractive feature in a man, but it seems like these women are slamming the door on a very wide range of men, considering the national average for U.S. is 5'-9". Maybe true - there are things that turn all our heads at first glance. Let's face it, I'm no Barbie doll and probably don't turn a lot of heads at first glance either. I'd rather have someone who can KEEP my head turned with their character, integrity, personality, humor, wit, smile, intelligence, etc. etc. etc. Those things that are truly important to me can come in any size package. ...and we're all the same height when we lay down

Don't sweat it bro. Everyone is short next to me and I ain't afraid to admit that I got a pretty damned good record. Everyone is competition and you lil fellas got game. When shorter men hear a problem from me in my experience theyre always like.. "so what". I like the idea a man tall (or short)understand that I can be weak, and fragile at times. Alot of times its the bigger guy thats more sypathetic, or empathetic to my cause. I DO like the feeling of being protected, and need someone strong, or stronger than I near. Plus, I cant deal with a guy whos waist is close to my size, or seems little. It seems less manly, and they can seem wimpy. I want someone who when confronted has no fear, and knows they can protect me, and my children. I just figure theres someone for short guys. Just not for me. If I feel stronger than him it just seems feminine to me. Its like.. Whats the point? I want someone dramaticly different than me in size. Plus, I like someone strong around that can move things, and reach the cabinet for me, and who gives me the feeling I WANT to submit to them, because they have shown their strength. I hate the feeling of going at it alone. shrugg
