There are three cities (city-states) across this planet that share striking similarities and play a crucial role in the global governmental system we have long been living under. The three city-states (along with the role they serve)is as follows:

City of London (finance)

Washington DC (military)

Vatican City (religion)

The aforementioned city-states listed above are sovereign, corporate entities not connected to the nations they appear to be part of. In other words, the City of London (that is the square mile within Greater London) is not technically part of Greater London or England, just as Vatican City is not part of Rome or Italy. Likewise, Washington DC is not part of the United Statesthat it controls. These sovereign, corporate entities have their own laws and their own identities. They also have their own flags.

Actually Washington D.C. follows the laws of the US and US Federal Law Enforcement enforce US federal laws in Washington, it is basically just another US state.

Actually, on thing you forgot is that every state has its own flag and laws as well. Each state may take income from the fed for implementing a law, but also has the right to say no we do not want that law we won't take you money.

The State of Delaware did this on the open container laws. You may have an open container in the vehicle as long as it is being consumed in the back seat and those doing the consumption are of legal age.

As for an Illuminati conspiracy I know nothing more of it than what I saw in The DaVinci Code, which many seem to believe in and conspiracies are always a possibility, but unprovable making them conspiracies.

I always thought it was weird that people who lived in Washington DC where not consider citizens of The United States. The only reason I say this is because they where not allowed to vote for who was president before 1964. When the 23rd amendment was passed.
