well now my back is fukced....
my daughter was talking about her P.E class and I relised , then asked her , if any one has ever taught her to throw a ball, (baseball)( I used to be a bit of an athlete) I was trying to show her how to REALLY fire a ball out there ... my back freaked spasming now ... I used to be really good at sports , I cant show them how with out hurting myself ...ugh... not having a good day so far... |
