Dear Diary,
The night before last was really something. Been at the nursing home for almost ten months now. One of my residents really freaked me out. Every night I was on shift I would do the wet checks with her and get her dressed in the morning. She would always just stare off into space with the cold hard eyes that seem to see right through me. The other night her eyes were softer and she asked me to wipe off her mouth while I was cleaning her face. I thought OMG you can talk. In all the time I have been there she has never said a word. It was like seeing a ghost.
