Haha a friend once told me: the best way to get over someone is to get under somebody else.
Ha. :-P you just reminded me of that line. We used to have a good laugh over it.

Haha., yeah. I agree with this. Every time :)

I've dated a bipolar. That was before i even knew he was bipolar. He didn't find out he was, until we'd been together for about six years. I wonder why it took so long. Are there no obvious signs of these things during childhood? I know a few bipolar people (friends), and they feel like a stigma. I get that. I've been around enough of it to know. As long as you try to be as understanding as you can, when they're having problems, then i don't see why you can't get along with em. They just need someone to listen to them, really. It's quite a battle for em. Not all bipolar sufferers are bad people. Just that some can get way violent. That can be scary.

Just do what makes you happy, and live your life the way you want to. If you can be happy with yourself, being alone is not so bad.

It takes time to get over someone you gave your heart to. Allow yourself to feel sad, but make time for yourself to be at peace about it.

You will continue to break up with the wrong ones until you find the right one. Thats how its supposed to be.

 Definitely

Surrounding yourself with great friends is the best way to cure a broken heart.

even if it's just a picture and some letters

If I'm being perfectly honest, that's a better idea. Vengeance heals all wounds.

Okay this offends the holy F out of me. I am not a "bipolar". I do not "suffer from bipolar". Being a total azz wipe to you had nothing to do with his having a genetically different brain chemistry.

I am a person who happens to have what they now know is a mostly genetic difference called bipolar disorder. I don't go around calling people "hazel eyers".

Having bipolar disorder, as any genetic predisposition, is NOT CARTE BLANCHE TO BE AN ABUSIVE AZZ HOLE.

SOME PEOPLE IN GENERAL GET WAY VIOLENT. It has nothing to do with having a brain chemical imbalance called bipolar which a lot of people have had their diagnosis changed from this. It was a catch all term for a long time.

Why does everyone bring up bipolar in a bad light? Or how many of history's greats were and are bipolar? Or that it rides on the same gene as hemophilia they know now and most people who happen to have bipolar are well above average IQ? And those of us who do take our meds and do go to therapy and do function kick azz a multitasking, etc. and achieve high levels of success than normal people?

Myself; I have never believed in revenge as it would be lowering myself to the guy's level but I sure do believe in Karma.
