Leon Panetta announced that Obama plans to cut the military by 80,000 troops but it will not affect the military's effectiveness.

All those mid level NCO's E-4 through E-6 that got bonuses for leaving or got the boot for not making the next rank would have come in handy when we went into afghanistan and iraq.. |

In the state of the union speech, Obama said we were strong and had increased our position in the world. I don't see that happening. A recent interview with McCain indicated Iraq was devolving in chaos.
