The funny part was she told me I lost a lot of weight, and asked me what I was doing. First of all I don't think I did, but I told her cause you cause you cut me off of everything lol No red meat, no this , no that Geez.

She did that on my last visit over three mos ago, So I haven't had any red meat or things with iron in it and very little sugar.

I am just following Doctor's orders. She said I had too much iron in my blood and that could cause liver damage.
