i gave out a prediction awhile back to another reader on the ohio game and i told them they would beat by 3 and i was right as also to find out the state lotto for ohio was the same score numbers so just think if i would made a bet on that i would had made a killing..

the bats and defense i think have been good enough but their bullpen needs to improve for them to have a chance.

I think they will get there again. Even with the bullpen struggling, the offense has plenty of pop to score alot of runs. But if they want to win it all, they goota pitch better. Zumaya's return should help

the trade deadline is coming up. i wonder if they will acquire someone for the bullpen? gagne is supposedly available but i think he may be too pricey.

tigers signed their first round draft pick today. he's suppose to be pretty good but they got him right out of college so i don't think he'll be in their rotation anytime soon.
the way things are going right now they need all the help they can get. |

detroit really helped theirselves by taking 3 out of the 4 with the yankees. hope they are out of their slump now and ready to play some ball. |
