Anyone know anything cool to do in that area? Ive never left the northeast so it should be interesting.

In Georgetown there are a couple rivers that run through town. People go there to dive off the cliffs. Belton Lane is close by near Temple. They have good fishing and boating. Night life is very nice in Austin. Go to 6th street there sometime. Also check out Inks Lake near Marble Falls.

I live at Fort Hood well actually in killeen. Theres not to many things to do here but meet cool people and go out to the clubs lol.

when i was there in the eighties it was a ****hole but the nightlife was great.good luck!!
