Just wanted to let everyone know, it looks like I am moving. AND I am with the person I have always secretly been in love with for years, Kevin. I am really happy. Ujgearhead actually found out about it and encouraged me to tell Kevin. I was terrified of rejection. It seems that was not a problem. He was secretly in love with me too. So I am happily with Kevin now. He's a great guy. When I move, I will be minutes from him and also in the same neighborhood as two of my brother's best friends that I grew up with that are like brothers to me.

I am in a hotel with a lousy internet connection just so you know so that is why I can't answer mail or posts on Mingle but I am thinking of you all. I can get on FB and regular mail and even YM but it hates Mingle.

Thanks guys. I am really happy about everything. People are saying I placed the condo too low but I know the market. I know quite a bit about real estate. I have investors tripping over each other to take it off my hands ASAP because I priced it right and they agreed to it. So we will see. Waiting on approval of my apartment application. Should not be a problem. I have good credit but still keep me in positive thoughts. I am glad to be out of Ventura where everything is Terri and Michael, Michael and Terri (my ex husband) and going somewhere that I am just "Terri" on my own merit. That is very exciting. I am using these days in the hotel to recuperate from the stress. Just resting and getting good meals. Sleeping a lot. My wi fi is lousy though during the day when everyone else in the hotel is on. Anyway, I am very pleased with how things are going.
