Mr. Doggett, what can be done about the Navy releasing 3000 middle of their career sailors between the paygrades of E4-E6, yet not a single person of the grade of E7, or any officers are being released?

It doesn't make sense that the Navy is trying to balance its book on individuals making 40k a year, and no one in a leadership position is being touched.

I can tell him for certain he doesn't have much chance for a decent job outside the military with 30%+ unemployment for Vets.
