Some of you have heard me refer to myself as computer stupid and today was just another example of a "duh-du-duh" moment.

I have been trying to use Netflix on my NookColor for about six weeks with no luck. I decided that today I would call Netflix and see if they could help me.... a very nice lady answered the call and I explained what was happening, she asked what was coming up on the screen, so I told her...and her answer was polite, "oh honey...Netflix is an app on Nook, you have to download the app".......(yeah....I knew that.... )
