Do you ever have conversations with a guy or girl then later they're in your head almost always? But for ALL the wrong reasons you can think of? Like you regret ever opening up to them? What would you do in that situation?

The only time I keep such things in my head is at work, I have to wear ear plugs all day long because of the noise. So, at those times, I am very close minded.

Things one should keep in mind seem to fall out, things of no value are like pooh dooh and just stick on.

head games...unpredictability...manic responses

oh.
in that case you murder them.
in your head of course.
the more details,
the better.
and pretend they're dead in real life.
i'm not known for being a people person.
:p

Like recurring dreams.

Dreams are a language.

If you have not understood the dream, and responded to it appropriately, it recurs, until one has learned the lesson.

What do YOU want to do?

How do YOU feel when you think about this person?

What does your gut tell you?

Go with your instinct.
If it doesn't feel right, it doesn't feel right.
You don't have to explain anything if you don't want to.

Once you "open up" to some guy or girl who is asking a lot of questions, its too late to put the cat back in the bag.

Be alert and be aware of who you are talking to. How much do you actually know about them? Don't just answer a bunch of questions thinking that they are really interested in you. They might just be collecting information to stalk you later.

Know more about them than they know about you. Who are they? If a guy asks you more than two questions in a row, the bells should go off. Especially questions like: "What is your name, where do you live, where do you work, what is your phone number, do you live alone? etc etc. etc.

He's been in a few of my dreams and this I am not happy to admit. If this is some big lesson, what am I supposed to learn?

What your describing has not actually happened to me. Sorry I could not help. I pretend conversations in my head all the time though. More like I used to when I was younger I really never day dream anymore.

I want things to go back to normal. Whatever that was. Hot and cold ain't my cup of tea.

Confused almost always. And I override this feeling all the time because the beginning was so completely different. He might as well be speaking Chinese because all I ever get are the outside voices from a Charlie Brown cartoon. He's a difficult person and he knows it too and wears that tag proudly. Its frustrating as high hell.

Gut tells me its him not me and its me that should just ignore it.

that arguement rings true also to all my exes...i don't wish him dead though. It seems like he doesn't want to be happy. He also has a peculiar sense of humor. Very effin confusing.

This happens to me 10 or 12 times a day.
Way too many people in my head.
But that's another story.
Just gotta learn to sort it out and not sweat the "small' stuff!!
It's either that or......
Drink!!

Haha he was very curious in the beginning and totally question happy. To me that seemed like he was interested. I mean I guess we were trying to be friends here so I thought he would call again and have a nice chat. Turns out he kept making excuse after excuse about how he couldn't. Anyway I really want nothing to do with him but he's stuck in my head. I guess that nice normal image I had of him anyway. I really don't know what to do about this. I even wrote a couple songs about him. Just so I can get him out but he's still there. God I hate it.

I've went back to smoking. I thought I quit but life coerces me to puff once again. Not just because of this situation. Substance distracts from the problem.
