What age do you consider to be "older women?"

I guess it depends on the respondent. We can add that to the question. I was sorta posting in reference to the thread about older men. I'm "guessing" most would say 40 and up.

Well, i know that i have gotten better with age...

Well...not any guarantee that I'm a 'better' mate.
I just know I'm better than I use to be.
Ok, maybe a little jaded....

I don't know what to say to that. I am a VERY immature 41 year old and my guy is VERY mature 30 year old. OMG!! I said how old he is. I am the queen of being too honest. He is honest too but he is ALWAYS TACTFUL. I am not so blessed. I am like Sophia on Golden Girls. Brain to mouth censor is broken. We both have a lot of bizarre life experience. I more learned from other people's mistakes and he has more learned from making his own mistakes. It's very much with a us a Yin and Yang of the universe thing. We compliment each other. I am extremely hyper and manic most of the time. He is not but he is young enough to go along for ride kind of thing. We are both pretty liberal in our acceptance of others but we very much control who is in our actual circle of friends. His BS sensor is much more finely tuned than mine when it comes to people and he is also a better judge of character. He has had a life of BS artists and is at the point he would rather have me who is a horrible liar and volunteers too much information so at least he knows what the real situation is.

For the most part, I think older women are more secure in their own skin. We know what we want and will go for it and/or ask for it. We are more experienced sexually. We're generally not as worried about finding a life mate who will be able to help pay for the house we move into, so to speak. I meant, like the beginners do with the first home. Hopefully, we know how to treat a man right and pretty much expect the dame. I don't think we play the games like the younger ones sometimes do.
Although, there are still bad ones, just like there are good and bad men.

I don't know that it's always the older women who are more secure and more experienced sexually. I've seen some here that seem pretty uptight when it comes to sex even being mentioned!

I know I'll get flak for this, but...that's what Christian Mingle is for.

I think they do. They are more experienced in the world (not talking sex here). The independent ones push my buttons.

Why do independent women bother you?

I think many single or widowed ladies over forty,,who our self efficient in working , providing, and doing their all's..
Many become,,routine into that,,and taking on another man within their environments to share,,with,,,can Find a man,,more a problem,,than a love..JUST my thoughts to SOME,,not all by no-means.. This could also be said of some men I'm sure..

But as to their sexuality, and their compassions,,I can only go by words,,for I have never been with an older women,,than me,,but for the ones in my age group,,THEY are better,,for they really KNOW,,all or most of what ways they like and dis'like as to their pleasures and fun in the bedroom,,and the living room..

From my experience, I can say that women over the age of much more interesting in all plans. This is a great friend and companion, as well as an excellent wife. There is always someone to talk to on a variety of topics. I like women older than me .

i have only had a handful of women(8)in my whole life,a couple were (21 & 23) and a couple were 7 yrs older (43 & 45)than me and the others were close to my age and this was over 6 yrs ago.it just seemed to me that older women had their lives together,knew what they wanted and the younger ones just wanted to go clubbing all the time.in my opinion if i had to choose i`d rather an older woman or only a younger one no younger than 5 or 6 yrs from me.

From experience older women are far better than young ladies,in wisdom,respect care and all that,so i give it to d older women.
