He should have taken care of that while he was leading... before "Oops"...
The Grinch thought his buddies in VA could "cook the books" for him, give him a pass (they didn't), so he could keep selling his books in the other states. This is just a voter sponsored book tour for the Grinch or he would have been on top of such things IN A STATE HE LIVES IN!! He can't say he didn't know the rules....the others did. |
