Ok I don't like cold weather, I don't like being out in the middle of the night in neighborhoods I would not usually go into even in the day time. Esspecially blocks from comfortable places to sit and talk or go to the bathroom. I think port-o-potty's are the invention of the devil lol. Sadly that is usually where clubs and city celebrations are usually held.

I REALLY don't like drinking and I sure don't like being around drunk people who are loud and showing off or embarrassed later becasue you saw them acting the fool.

I really don't like hugging or kissing someone I don't really care about just because it is a certain time on the calendar.

I don't like the fact that I have moved most of my life and have my best friends scattered here and there.

And I really don't like crowds of strangers so New Years Eve is really something I guess I don't get.

Yea I like the Firworks but the view on TV is a lot easier and cheaper than the parking and most of the people I really want to wish Happy New Year will call me at home.

Well... I work part of my day but will be alone as usual. I was alone during Christmas and to make things better.. or more fun I lost power for three hours and cable/internet all day long... figures!
I only needed a dog to walk by and pee on my leg to make it a perfect ruined night!

For the first time in many years, I will be with a wonderful man. I am incredibly happy.

I wont be alone as my son and I currently staying with my brother. his wife and their 3 boys. But by midnight they will all be asleep. SO I will most likely be on mingle untill i get sleepy as usual. :)

I have always been the non-conformist for New Year's Eve. I am not gonna feel like I HAVE to kiss someone at Midnight or I'm part of the Pity Party,lol.

I have no plans right now but I still have my Mistletoe up ;)

AS usual, I will be bringing in the new year with my dog Keno.

This thread is kind of depressing! No one said you have to be part of a couple to enjoy New Years Eve. Get out and be with friends!
