Did CNN Unfairly Edit The Ron Paul Walk Off Interview? Watch The Uncut Interview
videoby James Crugnale | 12:51 pm, December 24th, 2011

The full-length, uncut video of CNN’s contentious interview with Ron Paul has been uploaded to the web.

According to a popular post on the social link-sharing website Reddit and Daily Paul, a site for Ron Paul supporters, CNN’s original aired interview was “edited” and “misleading”.

The full-unedited cut still shows Paul leaving the interview while Gloria Borger is peppering him with questions about his controversial newsletters. But some say that the original cut makes Paul look bad and was unfairly edited.

“By watching the full one, it looks like he refused to answer the question and then walked off,” said user SCope13.

“The edited video was very convincing. I believed he cut and ran. Now that I’ve seen the uncut one though… It gives you an entirely different impression than the one I originally saw,” said user globalvar.

What do you think?

I watched the full uncut version and a few minutes into the cut version. The CNN people are obviously not for Ron Paul, but I didn't think the cut version looked bad. It was more the attitude from the reporters.

CNN is purely progressive and extremely biased.
That's why so many libs love them.

I kind of see CNN and Fox News in the same light. They are both wrong on opposite ends of the spectrum.

Did you notice the cut version completely removed questions and answers that ACTUALLY were of importance, and focused on those that people question about Paul with edited excerpts?

I wathed it and so far I see him aditting he hasn't done his job in Congress on the payroll tax bill because he has been "On the Road" in his own words campaigning is more important then what he is paid to do and admits to personal attacks and says he wont stop them and once again he refuses to give back money he made off of extresmist views. Shes right on the money, give the money to charity and he just laughs and says no. Not the first time he has refused to give money back over racist circumstances. If it walks like a duck...........

Then he ends it like a spoiled brat with a personal attack and ripping his microphone off. Not very Presidential.

You are simply dillusional. You should work for Faux News as your opinions are as far afield as theirs!

He clearly stated he couldn't support the bill because of wording, and the fact there was no money and no plan to fund it. He's against further debt and taxes on it! But of course, all you heard was he didn't support it.

He also stated the attacks weren't personal, they were informative because reporters like her weren't doing THEIR job, but of course you didn't hear that either.

CNN cut anything THAT WAS NEWS, like his views on important issues, out of the edit, only showed his denial of printing the newsletters. Then they edited it to make him look like a denier with something to hide instead of someone tired of answering the same question over and over and giving the same answer each time....but that was needed to make their edit work obviously if you did watch both!

He wasn't managing the newsletter, Lew Rockwell was, and Paul never received any money from the publication. At that time he was back in private practice as a Dr and only contributed "sound money and investment" articles for publication.

Why don't you try doing some research instead of believing everything you hear on MSM?

If you don't like our posts, and can't contribute comments of substance, with some shred of truth to them for a debate, why do you even visit them at all?

A person like Newt is only great in their own eyes, and will always fail to understand why people don't agree with them because their views are the ONLY right ones....

It's called egotism! Not leadership! And is the cause of MOST of his problems! He'll turn his back on his own part if the other side is winning and issue, and call it bipartisanship!

You are off-the-wall, out of hand, confrontational, and your charges are un documentable and unfactual.

I refuse to further comment a closed and useless discussion....much as Paul did to the reporter..... and walked out...

I rest my case!

The thing s, I don't care what a bunch of fanatics on some website do or even think about me. These forums are for amusement and for some people to take it to heart I find comical or the fact that people get all bent out of shape is hysterical.

To some of us our views and the situation our beloved country is in IS VERY SERIOUS!

In THIS forum, we speak our views hoping to debate them with others, who might have a different view, to get opinions for further research or insight.

YOU ADULTERATE THAT PROCESS with hate speak, innuendo, lies and personal retaliations to our threads.

It is NOT appreciated Nor an admirable trait for anyone!

If you don't like what we have to say or share, might I suggest you refrain from viewing or visiting our threads.... it's called respect!
