Hello my JSH Fam,

I was curious to know if you have Anger issues? I do.....Perhaps I can share with you what I've recently learned in my Anger Class at my church's Vacation Bible School...... I've learned that Anger is not always a bad thing and that we all have Anger, however, if something or someone makes me Angry moving forward..... I will not allow them or it to control me. I will not feed into the Anger issue and deal with the matter in a Godly, Loving matter because that is what God wants me to do. and to keep my blood pressure down.-LOL!

I get angery but I am not saying why. I mean I have my reasons but I don't let any of it out, so no body knows how I really feel. But that's just me and who I am.

I get angry cause the devil tells me to KILL KILL KILL!!! oops sorry

I tell my kids--anger is not bad it is how you handle it or express it.

John you don't have to say what makes you Angry----all I am saying is "don't let it get you Angry"
It's not worth it.....by leaving it alone, you will feel better.

I get what your saying. I think my over all angery is something from a bit of this and that in over all life.

And dealing with stuiped people all day or almost all day long then having the stress of an a$$ hole of a so called father that I would really not even want as a father... but that's a totally different story.

i have voices in my head and they tell me to do bad things. then other voices argue with those voices. and i get all confused.

Well John as the old saying goes....."We can't pick our family"....is true.....However, if your Dad makes you Angry give him back LOVE and not your Anger. Try it! You will feel better....I did, and I feel much better about life.

I get what your saying Queenbee, even when I try to give love or think of how much love I might have, it's just like putting a cat and dog in one room, they don't mix well together. I know I can't pick familys etc but I'm not as angery as I'm more unhappy I guess one would say about having to put up and deal with the crap I have to live through on a daily basic, it's almost enough to make me check my self into a nice hotel for a year or more if I could affored it.

I just over all do not see eye to eye with my dad and that's the sad part and no body will probably understand why. All I can say is he tires way to hard to get along with any and every body and when he thinks you dislike him he makes you try to feel sorry for him in which I am not going to ever feel sorry for any body that tires that kind of stuff and all. But that is just me.

have lots of anger issues and am working very hard to let it go.. most of it stems from my families abandonment of me and that leads me to not get close to ppl but am working hard on it and ive been listenin to this preacher on the tv (i know) but he really hits a spot with me... i think his name is td oh heck i cant think of his name but he is a big bald black man and very charismatic and i really like what he says and how he says it..........

I used to have anger issues...BUT I worked through them all...NOW I try not to sweat the small stuff and don't give people the satisfaction of controlling my emotions that way...at least for any length of time!!!!!!!

For me anger is a reaction to a hurt/injury.

I learned to handle the hurt/injury & not turn to anger.
Made me a much different person.
