This Christmas I have my best friend...
Thank God for her. It has been the most horrible year. She has been with me thru it all. Divorce. Lost my job. Drama. She has been there with me thru it all. She never judged me. She never talked about me behind my back. She never asked me for anything, well, only one thing...my friendship. I have never given friendship as I have to her. I've never had a friend like this before. I've only known her for two years and yet I can talk to her as if we've been friends my whole life. She was there for me when I took a new job. She was there for me when my kids, (grown) stopped talking to me because the marriage fell apart after 3 decades. I thank God everyday that I have the support of my friend. I only wish women going thru what I have gone thru would be as lucky as I to have someone so important to support them. I think that is my Christmas wish from my deepest feelings in my heart, that you women would find or have this amazing friendship. This sisterhood. That you will always have someone that you know will never hurt you, never take advantage of you, always be there for you. No questions asked. What a wonderful Christmas it will be for me and my friend. |

I have known him for 17 months and feel like I have know him forever. I can talk to him about anything and he has always been there for me though my worst times. He is always there to lend a hand or give an encouraging word. He is an angel and I am truly blessed to have him in my life. |

Yes she does. It is so true when they say you can count your real friends on one hand. We never know what is right in front of us. We are always trying so hard to take care of everyone around us that we don't realize we need that one special friend. That's all we need. Everything else will fall into place if we are solid in our minds, our spirit and our knowledge to never take for granted our gifts. Have a wonderful Christmas. Mary |

So its Christmas Eve....today so far I've made cranberry bread, vanilla layer cake, brownies, choco chip cookies, christmas cookies, got the sausage stuffing for the bird, the spiral ham ready to go, lasagna with home made sauce, presents under the tree and the 2 yr old grand daughter is my taster tester for the day :)
It's gonna be a glorious Christmas for family and friends. I wish all of you the best holiday :) |

Just spent an unplanned last minute Christmas Eve with my best friend. Both of our plans got postponed and we just put together a last minute dinner and watched TV and talked. Without a doubt the best Christmas Eve I have had in a long time! Merry Christmas to all!

Actually just had the classic, A Christmas Story, Christmas dinner with my best friend! That's right a Chinese Restaraunt! Had the beat time! She has made my holiday the best I've had in years! Merry Christmas everyone!
